I am a fully qualified Soft Tissue Therapist with an advanced qualification in Clinical & Remedial Sports Massage and a member of the professional association ISRM -Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage.

I am passionate about helping people feel their best, with a strong focus on relieving pain, easing tension, and improving overall wellbeing, I offer treatments tailored to both body and mind.

I have a keen interest in alternative approaches to pain relief. Whether as a complement to traditional medicine, or as a standalone treatment, my approach is holistic, aiming not just to ease discomfort, but to support your physical and mental wellbeing.
